Job Description:
Reed Accountancy is currently assisting an established organisation in the local area in the recruitment of an organised and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join their busy Finance Team on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. This varied role covers sales ledger, benefits, tenancy agreements, fleet management, and general financial support.
Key Responsibilities:
*Maintain sales ledger and issue invoices
*Assist with benefit claims and tenancy agreements
*Manage fleet documentation, servicing, and insurance
*Provide financial support to service managers
*General admin including filing, archiving, and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
*Experience in finance and sales ledger
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
*Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
*Active AAT studying and experience in the care/support sector is highly desirable
