Role: D365 Configurator
Location: London
Salary: £50,000
Days of the week in the office: 1-2 days
My client is looking for a D365 configurator to join their team This is a key role sitting between business and technology ensuring Dynamics 365 is configured to support marketing, membership, and operational teams effectively.
Experience/responsibilities:
*Configure out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 functionality to meet business needs
*Translate business requirements into scalable CRM configurations
*Experience with Power Platform tools including Power Apps and Power Automate
*Support backlog refinement and solution design
* Recommend improvements based on Dynamics best practice
*Ensure CRM processes align with marketing and member lifecycle workflows
