Job Description:
A rapidly growing business with a strong reputation, is currently looking to hire a UK Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Payroll Specialist will join as a senior member of the payroll team and support the Payroll Manager.
This role is a hands-on role and will require candidates to carry out the following responsibilities:
*Process a start to finish payroll for a high volume of UK employees - 2000+
*Administer all statutory deductions - including SSP, SMP, SPP, N.I & PAYE
*Process all starter & leaver paperwork
*Resolve payroll queries speedily and efficiently
*HMRC submissions
*Support the Payroll Manager with day to day managing of the team
*Act as a senior POC within the team and support with anything escalated
*Support with training & mentoring
