Job Description:
Learning and Development Advisor
*Location: Basingstoke, hybrid working
*Job Type: Full-time
*Salary: £31,000 per annum

Day-to-Day of the Role
*Act as the first point of contact for Talent Management queries, providing timely guidance and escalating issues where appropriate.
*Partner with managers and colleagues to identify capability gaps and advise on suitable learning interventions and development pathways.
*Coordinate and support the delivery of firmwide learning programmes, including management development and onboarding.
*Manage logistics for learning events, including setting up virtual meetings, booking venues, and organising resources.
*Design and produce engaging learning materials and promotional content using digital tools like Canva.
*Administer learning platforms, ensuring data accuracy and monitoring platform usage.
*Manage compliance commitments, monitor regulatory training completion, and support the coordination of technical training courses.
*Generate reports on training data, including attendance and completion rates, using Excel and LMS tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
*1 to 2 years of L&D experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
*Interest in pursuing or currently undertaking a CIPD qualification.
*Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
*Proficiency in MS Office/365, particularly Excel, and familiarity with virtual collaboration platforms like Teams or Zoom.
*Experience with digital design tools such as Canva.
*Full UK Driving License and vehicle access, as some travel will be required.
