Job Description:
Customer Service Administrator - Training Administrator
*Annual Salary: £26,000 (depending on experience)
*Location: Hemel Hempstead
*Job Type: Full-time, Office-based
Join a leading training course provider in the construction industry, with over 40 years of experience. We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our Training administration team at our specialist training centre. This role is crucial in supporting both the team and our customers through a variety of administrative tasks.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Training Calendar Administration: Monitor emails for enquiries, check the training calendar for matching opportunities, handle phone call enquiries, and ensure training rooms are prepared daily with the necessary materials.
*Training Provider Administration: Liaise with approved training providers to ensure all arrangements for the delivery of training courses are in place.
*Administration: Maintain an updated stock sheet of all collateral monthly for both internal and external events.
*Card Administration: Uphold the smart card scheme rules consistently and rigorously.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Pleasant telephone manner, capable of providing additional guidance to callers.
*Proactive and willing to go the extra mile to assist callers.
*Strong attention to detail, especially when communicating with attendees and confirming course dates and locations.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
*Experience in a Construction, or similar industrial background a benefit
Benefits:
*Death in Service cover of 3x salary.
*Free on-site parking (own car recommended).

*24 days annual holiday plus bank holidays.
Working Hours:
*Monday to Thursday: 9am to 5pm
*Friday: 9am to 4:45pm
*35-hour week with one hour for lunch daily.
