Job Description:
Legal PA – Cambridge (12 Month FTC)
Successful international law firm seeks a Legal PA to work in their growing Cambridge office on an initial 12 Month FTC – the firm offers exceptional benefits, agile working, and a great collaborative environment.

*Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)

*9.30am to 5.30pm
Legal PA Key Responsibilities:
*Manage fee earners’ schedules; coordinate and arrange meetings to best utilise time
*Ensure that calls to the switchboard are answered and directed in a prompt, efficient and professional manner
*Acting as ’front of house’, welcoming clients
*Arrange travel effectively and efficiently
*Carry out advanced research / request information from relevant support teams
*Attend meetings / conference calls and take minutes to action follow up where required
*Develop and maintain knowledge of fee earners’ workload
*Prepare and manage billing process using the Aderant front office software
Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:
*Previous Legal PA / Secretary experience or Legal Administration experience
*Fast, accurate typing skills
*Highly skilled on all MS Office applications
*Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work
