Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be supporting a well-established manufacturing business in Alfreton with the recruitment of a Manufacturing Accountant on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This role will play a key part in supporting manufacturing operations through accurate costing, variance analysis and month-end processes, working closely with operational, planning and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities:
*Ownership and maintenance of cost data
*Validation of standard costs for new and existing products
*Support with monthly management accounts for operational sites
*SAP production month-end close across manufacturing plants
*Analysis of standard vs actual BOM variances and corrective actions
*Forecasting and tracking of raw material purchases
*Financial support for strategic projects
About You:
*CIMA or ACCA qualified
*Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
*SAP experience advantageous
*Full UK driving licence
