The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will oversee the Sales Administration function, leading a team of Internal Sales Account Executives. This senior role requires strategic thinking, commercial judgement and a commitment to continuous improvement.
You will be a key connector between sales, supply chain, finance and wider operations — ensuring accuracy, compliance and strong commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, develop and inspire the sales administration team to deliver consistently high performance.
• Own forecasting, demand planning and budgeting data, ensuring accuracy and commercial insight.
• Oversee SAP governance, master data integrity and order-to-invoice processes.
• Identify operational challenges early and implement strategic, commercially driven solutions.
• Maintain robust ISO and SOX-compliant processes.
• Provide detailed reporting, dashboards and commercial insights for senior stakeholders.
• Support sales transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
• Act as a commercial and operational advisor to senior leadership.
Essential Skills & Experience
This is a senior commercial operations role and requires strong technical, commercial and leadership capability.
Expert SAP knowledge — essential
• Extensive hands-on experience within SAP (order management, master data, reporting).
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimise SAP processes.
• Strong understanding of data governance and accuracy.
Advanced Excel capability — essential
• High proficiency with pivot tables, advanced formulas, lookups and data modelling.
• Ability to produce meaningful commercial insights from complex datasets.
Strong commercial awareness — essential
• Understanding of sales performance, margin, cost control and customer impact.
• Ability to make decisions rooted in commercial logic.
• Comfortable collaborating with sales, supply chain and finance to influence outcomes.
