JOB TITLE - Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)ABOUT THE SCHOOL Prospero Teaching is seeking a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and supportive Primary School based in Bolton.
The school prides itself on strong teamwork, excellent leadership, and a commitment to continuous professional development. Regular CPD opportunities are offered throughout the academic year, and depending on performance, this role may be extended or become permanent.
CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS *Location: Bolton
*Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
*Full-Time: Monday to Friday
*Day Rate: £100 - £130 per day
*Hours: 8:20 am - 3:30 pm
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS *Previous experience working in a UK school is mandatory
*A minimum of 24 months of verifiable, child-related references is required
*HLTA qualification or equivalent experience is desirable
*Experience supporting primary-aged pupils across various year groups
*Experience supporting children with SEND is desirable, including: *Autism
*Speech & Language Needs
*Up-to-date safeguarding training completed within the last year
*Strong command of spoken and written English
*Experience within healthcare or supporting vulnerable individuals is desirable
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: *Hold the Right to Work in the UK
*Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for a new one
*Provide two professional, child-related references covering the last 24 months
