As an MFL Teacher in Chelmsford, you will deliver engaging KS3-KS4 MFL lessons, support diverse learners, and contribute positively to school life. Schools in Chelmsford promote collaboration, innovation, and ongoing professional growth.
Role Summary:
* Confident MFL Teacher teaching KS3-KS4.
* Strong subject expertise within MFL.
* Full-time, Monday to Friday.
* Potential contract through to Summer term.
* Experience managing challenging behaviour desirable but not essential.
Candidate Requirements:
* Clear and effective teaching strategies.
* Genuine enthusiasm for language learning.
* Secondary teaching experience across KS3-KS4.
* UK-recognised QTS/QTLS or 4+ years’ overseas secondary experience.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain).
* Adaptable, committed, and education-focused.
* Motivated to enhance students’ futures.
* Positive role model who builds confidence and resilience.
