Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with St Gabriel the Archangel CMAT and Alpha Academies Trust to offer graduates a structured, paid pathway into Primary or Secondary Teacher Training.
This opportunity is designed for graduates who are serious about becoming a teacher and want to gain high-quality classroom experience before progressing directly onto teacher training within one of our partner Trusts.
Your Route into Teaching*Start ASAP as a full-time, long-term Teaching Assistant

*Earn £95-£105 per day (dependent on experience)

*Gain a full academic year of classroom experience

*Progress onto Teacher Training with the Trust following a successful placement
