Responsibilities
As a Credit Controller, you will...
*Check credit reports on existing and potential accounts
*Ensure all overdue aged debt balances are reviewed and regularly corresponded to
*Liaise with customers to resolve credit control queries and to ensure timely payment
*Regularly chase overdue accounts via telephone, email and letter
Requirements
As a Credit Controller, you will need...
*Educated to AAT or equivalent
*Previous experience in credit control or a similar accounts receivable position
*Good Excel and ERP system skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*A proactive and organised mindset, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
