Responsibilities
As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for...
*Performing daily bank reconciliations and supplier statements
*Raising sales invoices
*Processing supplier purchase orders
*Liaising with customers, clients and suppliers
*Updating and maintaining financial records, including Excel spreadsheets
*General administrative duties as needed by the finance team
Requirements
As an Accounts Assistant, you will need...
*Experience in a previous accounts/bookkeeping role
*Knowledge of Sage 50 accounts & payroll
*Good knowledge of Excel
*Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
*Be a team-player, as well as having the initiative to work productively alone
