Overview
We are recruiting a Resident Services Assistant for a one-month temporary assignment within a busy Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) scheme in Bristol.
This front-facing role is ideal for a confident and organised individual who enjoys working in a customer-focused, fast-paced student accommodation or residential environment. You will act as a key point of contact for residents, supporting day-to-day reception, administration and resident engagement activities.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide a professional and welcoming front of house reception service
• Handle resident enquiries in person, via email and telephone
• Support check-ins, check-outs and general tenancy administration
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
• Assist with parcel management and key control procedures
• Support resident engagement activities and on-site events
• Liaise with maintenance and housekeeping teams where required
• Ensure communal areas remain presentable and compliant with site standards
Skills & Experience
• Previous experience in PBSA, student accommodation, build-to-rent, hospitality or front of house roles
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office and basic systems
• Well organised with good attention to detail
• Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
