As the appointed Internal Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the branch, driving sales growth, and ensuring customers receive an exceptional service experience.
About the Role
• Handling incoming sales enquiries from trade and wholesale customers

• Preparing and processing quotations, pricing, and product information

• Building strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams

• Supporting the external sales team with pipeline activity and customer follow-ups

• Managing order processing, stock checks, and product availability queries

• Maintaining accurate CRM data, sales records, and daily workflow tasks

• Delivering a professional, solutions-focused service at all times
About You
• Experience within internal sales, trade counter, or construction wholesale advantageous

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Confident working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and product databases

• Commercially minded with a proactive and team-focused approach
