Facilities Assistant
Highly regarded UK law firm is seeking to hire a Facilities Assistant to join their office space in Leeds on a full-time, permanent basis.

Facilities Assistant Key Responsibilities:
*Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing items for despatch
*Scan incoming post and forward to the relevant fee earners or secretaries
*Assist with printing documents and arranging despatch
*Respond to day-to-day facilities requests from staff and report any issues
*Assist with meeting room preparation and office set-up for new starters
*Assist with basic maintenance tasks, room set-ups, and moving furniture or equipment
*Provide reception cover when required, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and notifying staff of arrivals
*Carry out basic health and safety checks and report hazards or faults
Facilities Assistant Key Skills & Requirements:
*At least 6-months experience within a similar role
*5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above, including Maths and English
*A high attention to details to process and file documentation to a consistently high standard
