This is an outstanding opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to handle high-quality, complex work while developing their career within a firm that truly invests in progression. The Role: You’ll manage a broad and varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, working directly with experienced partners and clients ranging from SMEs to large corporations.
Your work will involve:
*Handling a range of disputes, including contractual, shareholder, partnership, and professional negligence matters
*Advising clients strategically through complex, high-value litigation
*Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence
*Conducting negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions
*Supporting business development and client relationship management
About You*Qualified Solicitor (ideally 3+ years PQE with experience in commercial litigation
*Strong technical knowledge and confident advocacy skills
*Commercially minded with a proactive, client-focused approach
*Keen to contribute to business development and long-term firm growth
*Ambitious and motivated to progress to senior levels
