Burton upon Trent
Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm, Fridays 8:30am to 4:00pm
£12.21 per hour
Temporary to Permanent

About the Role:
As a Fleet Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our fleet operations run smoothly. You’ll be the backbone of our logistics, keeping everything in check and contributing to our overall success!
Key Responsibilities:
*Maintain accurate records of fleet vehicles and equipment
*Assist with the scheduling of vehicle maintenance and repairs
*Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
*Monitor fleet compliance with relevant regulations
*Handle administrative tasks related to fleet operations
*Support the team with various projects and initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
*Previous experience in fleet management or administration is a plus, but not essential!
*A valid CSCS card is desired.
*A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
