What We’re Looking For
*A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification

*Previous experience working with young children in an early years setting

*Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices

*A positive, caring, and dependable approach to working with children

*Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive and enthusiastic mindset
