Tradewind Recruitment is offering graduates a paid school-based role with progression into teacher training through St Gabriel the Archangel CMAT and Alpha Academies Trust.
You’ll work full-time in a classroom as a Teaching Assistant, building the skills, confidence and experience needed to move directly into teacher training.
