Senior CRM Manager
London, Hybrid
£50,000 to £65,000 plus bonus and benefitsThis is an exciting opportunity to join a growing digital organisation where you will shape multi channel CRM strategies, work closely with major consumer brands, and drive data led customer engagement. You will lead and deliver CRM projects across several clients, with responsibilities that include:*Developing multi channel contact strategies aligned to client objectives and commercial priorities.
*Managing email, push and SMS operations including segmentation, journey builds and dynamic content.
*Reviewing existing activity to identify performance, efficiency and optimisation opportunities.
*Advising clients on marketing automation tools and supporting migrations or new implementations.
*Shaping data strategies to ensure access to the right data for insight, targeting and personalisation.
*Analysing campaign performance and turning insight into actionable recommendations.
*Building strong relationships with stakeholders and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
Your Skills and Experience
You will bring:*Strong commercial experience in CRM and customer marketing.
*Hands on expertise in email and familiarity with channels such as push, in app, SMS and paid media.
*Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce, Emarsys or similar.
*Familiarity with Customer Data Platform tools such as Segment, Bloomreach or Tealium.
*Proficiency with analytics or BI tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker or Tableau.
*Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate insight clearly.
*A collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple projects at pace.
*Prior agency experience is beneficial but not essential.
