Tradewind Recruitment are working with a welcoming Nursery setting in Wellingborough who are looking for a Level 3 Early Years Educator to join their team on a long-term basis!
This long-term role offers stability and the opportunity to become a valued member of the team, contributing consistently to children’s progress and the wider nursery community.

Staff are experienced, caring, and committed to delivering high-quality early years provision, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met. Learning opportunities are carefully planned in line with the EYFS framework to support communication and language, personal, social and emotional development, and early physical and cognitive skills.
About you - Early Years Educator - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
*Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
* Has a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* Supports children’s personal, social, and emotional development effectively
* Works inclusively to meet the needs of all children, including those with SEND and EAL
* Communicates professionally and positively with parents and carers
* Committed to a long-term position and becoming part of the nursery team
* Reliable, enthusiastic, and passionate about early years education
