Installation Coordinator
People Solutions are currently recruiting for an Installation Coordinator to join our client’s busy office based in Stourport-on-Severn on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a key role within the business, ideal for someone who is highly organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident coordinating engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
This is a stable, office-based role offering an excellent work–life balance, with no overtime or weekend working required.

Shifts
• Monday to Friday
• 09:00 – 17:00
• 37.5 hours per week
Salary
• £26,000 per annum

Day-to-Day Duties
As an Installation Coordinator, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Organising and coordinating contractor installations and schedules
• Arranging transport for machinery and equipment
• Hiring equipment such as cherry pickers, scaffold towers, and forklifts
• Ordering vinyls and associated materials
• Creating and issuing priority lists for factory workloads
• Creating, maintaining, and updating installation plans
• Booking hotels and accommodation for engineers and contractors
• Raising, issuing, and managing purchase orders
• Liaising with suppliers, engineers, and internal teams
• Providing accurate installation forecasts and progress updates to management
Essential Skills
To be successful as an Installation Coordinator, you will need:
• GCSEs (A–C) or equivalent in English and Maths
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confidence communicating with engineers, contractors, and suppliers
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Competency in Microsoft Office
Desirable Experience
• Previous experience in project coordination or project management
• Experience within an engineering, manufacturing, or installation environment
Training Provided
• Full role-specific training provided with ongoing support
