About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operative / Delivery Driver to join a growing business based in West Malling. This is a varied, hands-on role combining warehouse duties with local deliveries—perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and working as part of a friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Duties
*Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
*Loading/unloading deliveries
*Stock checks and general warehouse organisation
*Maintaining a clean, safe working environment
Driving / Delivery Duties
*Completing local and regional deliveries using a company vehicle
*Ensuring goods are delivered safely and on time
*Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
*Carrying out daily vehicle checks
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous warehouse or delivery experience (preferred)
*A valid UK driving licence
*Good communication and teamwork skills
*Ability to lift and move stock when required
*Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude
