Location: Islington, London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (fully office based)
Salary: £35,000 per annum - Temp (1 to 2 weeks) to Perm

On behalf of my client, a well-established, family run business based in Islington who pride themselves on delivering exceptional services to their clients, we are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Administrator to join their friendly team.
Role Overview: As an Administrator you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
*Managing and maintaining accurate records
*Assisting with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
*Invoicing - liaising with and chasing customers and suppliers on payments etc
*Overseeing and organising weekly job sheets for staff
*Handling calls and emails, providing excellent customer service.
Key Requirements:
*Proven experience as an Administrator.
*Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
