Learning and Development Advisor
*Annual Salary: £35,000
*Location: Norwich (free parking in Norwich. Travel to other offices)
*Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Advisor to join our Human Resources team. This role is crucial in supporting the Talent and Development Manager to oversee the firm’s training and development services, including continuous professional development and in-house soft-skill development programmes.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Support the provision and monitoring of CPD to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and seek out training opportunities for continuous professional growth.
*Assist in delivering learning and organisational development opportunities that enhance individual, team, and business performance.
*Provide internal expertise, establishing learning needs and advising on appropriate learning solutions to ensure business effectiveness and strategic alignment.
*Lead the scheduling of training courses and events, and manage the creation, implementation, and administration of e-learning courses.
*Scope, plan, and deliver a range of training courses and programmes as required by the business.
*Source training materials and manage relationships with external training providers to ensure best value.
*Develop and implement internal audit and evaluation processes for all learning and development programmes, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation, regulatory requirements, and best practices in the learning and development field.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience and confident knowledge of learning and development processes and initiatives.
*Proficiency in designing and creating e-learning content, or willingness to undergo training.
*Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation skills.
*Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the business and analyse performance data to create training objectives.
*Experience with Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with e-learning platforms.
*HiBob! experience is preferred.
*Knowledge of professional accountancy qualifications is advantageous.
