Are you a Workshop Supervisor or similar looking for the opportunity to oversee and manage a small team of engineers within an established family run business with goals to stretch across the UK within the next 2 years, opening opportunities to progress into management in the future?
In this hands on role, you will be overseeing a small team of plant engineers within the workshop, acting as a team leader and point of contact for any problems or queries. Furthermore, you will be on the tools assisting the workload as and when needed, offering a wide range of day to day variety. You will also be responsible for all stock and inventory levels are maintained.

The Role:
*Managing a small team of engineers
*Assisting with workload as and when needed
*Maintaining stock and inventory
*Monday to Friday 7:30am- 5pm
