Day-to-day of the role:
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure repeat business and new instructions.
*Focus on generating new business and effectively market properties to potential buyers.
*Prepare detailed and attractive property brochures with photos and descriptions.
*Engage in local area canvassing through door knocking and leaflet distribution.
*Ensure all properties meet health and safety standards.
*Utilise various marketing skills to attract potential buyers.
*Complete contracts and upsell additional products related to property sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
*Experience in estate agency, ready to take the next step in your career.
*Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Strong IT skills, proficient with basic Microsoft Packages.
*Excellent telephone manner and strong attention to detail.
