Supporting warehouse function in terms of control and movement of stock – inbound, outbound and whilst in situ


Working hours: 2pm - 10:30pm
Roles and Responsibilities:
*Ensure all warehouses are counted as per schedule set each week – these schedules will vary week on week.
*Report any inventory discrepancies in a timely manner so we avoid out of stock situations.
*Reconciliation of inventory on WMS
*Support warehouse when receiving goods in.
*Ensure that we are maintaining all housekeeping disciplines.
*Ensure we are working to and supporting FIFO rules
*Liaise on a week by week basis with Q.A. to ensure that any stock on hold is managed in a timely manner.
*Ensure we adhere to allergen segregation rules.
*Completion of monthly and end of year stocktake in conjunction with warehouse manager.
*At all times be aware and observant of Health & Safety regulations ensuring you create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

*Stakeholder with all warehouse KPI’s
*Complete focus on maintaining an accurate inventory at all times
*Ensure your area of work is audit ready at all times ensuring our site standards are met.
*Raise any Health & Safety concerns with the Area Manager.
*This role has a responsibility for food safety, product quality, brand integrity and Health and Safety
