Job Description:
We are working with a growing and well-established organisation based in Cheltenham that is looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to support continued expansion within the financial services sector.
This is a hybrid role with a mix of office and home working. Onsite parking is available.
The Role You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing relationships within the financial services market. The focus is on building strong, long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key responsibilities include:
*Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
*Managing and developing existing client relationships
*Engaging with stakeholders across the financial services sector
*Working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
*Achieving revenue and growth targets
About You We are looking for someone who has experience within financial services or has sold into the sector.
You may have worked with or within:
*Wealth management firms
*Mortgage providers
*Financial advisory businesses
*Broader financial services organisations
You will be confident, commercially aware, and comfortable building relationships at all levels.
