We are currently seeking an enthusiastic payments professional to join our team in the role of Digital Assets and Currencies Product Manager.

We have a bold ambition to truly excel in Payments, and you’ll be part of a team at the forefront of that focussing on Digital Assets and Currencies within a retail banking environment.

In this role you’ll:

*Work as part of a team to create UK Retail Banking and Wealth (RBWs) strategy on these key payment developments.
*Lead externally within the industry to ensure new developments are created that deliver value to retail customers.
*Own UK RBW input on regulatory responses to these topics, including shaping to deliver tangible outcomes for retail customers.
*Deliver tangible use cases for Tokenised Deposits.
*Lead on any associated business operating model impacts for UK RBW.


To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
*Strong experience in Digital Assets and Currencies, having a clear understanding of the use cases that may emerge.
*Strong understanding of current and future regulatory environment relating to payments
*Experience in leading industry engagements to ensure the right industry outcomes across the payments landscape
*Experience of building effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same
*Ability to present complex issues confidently and concisely to internal stakeholders
*Ability to work well under pressure, demonstrate flexibility and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and tasks that are potentially wide ranging
*Outstanding relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills


This is a hybrid role and can be based in London, Birmingham, Chester, Leeds or Sheffield.
