Design Technology Teacher – The Role
In the heart of Maidstone, a secondary school is on the hunt for a Design Technology Teacher to start ASAP. This is a temporary position for the right Design Technology Teacher. The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious Design Technology Teacher who is keen to add value to a creative and forward-thinking Design & Technology department.
The school is renowned for its supportive SLT and strong Progress 8 results across all subjects. The school is highly invested in the education sector, implementing innovative teaching practices while also providing excellent training and development opportunities for both existing and new staff. For this Design Technology Teacher role, the school would ideally like someone with experience engaging KS3 and KS4 students, delivering both practical and theory-based lessons, maintaining high standards of health and safety, and confidently managing behaviour in the classroom.
