Your New Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support pupils with a variety of additional needs, which may include autism, speech and language needs, learning difficulties, sensory needs, or behavioural challenges.
*Build strong, supportive relationships with students
*Assist teachers in creating inclusive, engaging and accessible learning experiences
*Promote independence, confidence and positive learning behaviours
*Ensure consistent, safe and high-quality support in line with safeguarding expectations �?
Each day will be different-but always rewarding.

We’re looking for individuals who:
*Are caring, patient and resilient.
*Enjoy working with young people and genuinely want to make a difference.
*Are committed to promoting inclusion and supporting individual learning needs.
*Are open to learning and developing new skills
Desirable Experience/Qualifications
*GCSE/O Level or equivalent
*Experience working with children or young people with additional needs
*A valid driving licence due to location ??
