Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:*Receive regular updates from e-commerce stations.
*Communicate shipment and order updates to customers in a timely and professional manner.
*Liaise with postal and courier companies regarding inbound and outbound shipments.
*Handle receiving, processing, and dispatching of parcels.
*Greet and assist new customers and visitors professionally.
*Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
*Manage customer support tickets and live chat communications.
*Track orders and coordinate with all stations to ensure accurate status updates.
*Keep customers informed about delivery timelines, delays, or issues.
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and shipment updates.
*Prepare reports related to shipments, deliveries, and customer service performance.
*Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and email correspondence.
*Assist management with operational coordination and office support tasks.
*Ensure proper documentation of inbound and outbound shipments.
*Support team members with additional administrative tasks as required.
