Job Description:
Job Title: Night Shift Paint Sprayer
Location: Cardiff
Hours: 10:30pm – 08:30am, Monday to Thursday
Rate of Pay: £16.52 per hour rising to £17.18 per hour from April
This role is offered on a temp tom perm basis.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join our night shift team in Cardiff. This hands-on role involves applying high-quality finishes to automotive parts and components while maintaining health, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
*Use spray guns to apply paint to automotive parts and components
*Mix and prepare paints to required specifications
*Ensure a high-quality finish in line with company standards
*Maintain a clean and safe working environment
*Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures
Requirements:
*Previous experience as a paint sprayer (automotive industry experience desirable)
*Ability to mix and apply paints accurately
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
*Able to work effectively as part of a team
