Job Description:
Senior Pensions Lead
Location: London
Salary: Circa £45,000+ (DOE)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
The Role - We are seeking an experienced Senior Pensions Lead to take ownership of day-to-day pension operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and exceptional service delivery.
Key Duties:
*Reconcile pension data and investigate discrepancies
*Manage month-end pension processes and contribution submissions
*Liaise with pension providers and resolve complex queries
*Process retirement quotes and support pension-related enquiries
*Ensure compliance with NHS Pension scheme regulations
*Utilise advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) to analyse and validate data
*Drive process improvements and maintain high data integrity
About You:
*Essential: NHS Pensions experience
*Exceptional pensions knowledge
*Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
*Tech savvy with payroll/pension systems experience
*Confident communicator with a proactive, "go-getter" attitude
*USS and SAUL experience (desirable)
