Key Responsibilities*Drive Growth: Implement strategic business plans to increase market share and branch profitability.
*Lead & Mentor: Manage, coach, and motivate a team of negotiators to reach their full potential.
*High-Value Valuations: Conduct professional market appraisals and secure instructions for premium Wimbledon properties.
*Compliance & Excellence: Ensure the branch operates at the highest level of industry compliance (Propertymark/The Property Ombudsman).
*Brand Ambassador: Build and maintain strong relationships with local residents, landlords, and developers.
Requirements*Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Branch Manager or a high-achieving Assistant Manager in a similar London market.
*Local Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Wimbledon property market (SW19/SW20) is highly desirable.
*Leadership: Proven track record of hitting KPIs and managing a successful sales or lettings team.
*Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (Manual).
*Attitude: Ambitious, polished, and exceptionally customer-focused. Professional qualifications (NAEA/ARLA) are a significant advantage.
