SEN Teacher
Location: Harborne
Pay: £150-£180 per day (PAYE)
A specialist education setting in Harborne is looking to appoint a committed and adaptable SEN Teacher to support pupils with autism, SEMH, and additional learning needs. This role is ideal for a teacher who understands the importance of structure, patience, and flexibility within specialist provision, and who values progress in all its forms - academic, social, and emotional.
About the Role * Deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCP targets
* Teach and support pupils with autism, SEMH, and complex learning profiles
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider staff to ensure consistency and stability
* Implement effective behaviour and regulation strategies
About the School * Well-established specialist provision in Harborne
* Strong leadership team with a clear vision and supportive ethos
* Small classes with high staff-to-pupil ratios
What We’re Looking For * QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Experience working with SEN learners, or a genuine passion for specialist education
* Ability to commute to or work locally within Harborne
