Management Accountant – Worksop
Reed Finance is working in partnership with a successful SME based in Worksop that is seeking to appoint a Management Accountant to join its established finance team.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the Management Accountant will play a key role in supporting the company’s commercial performance and ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely financial information.
Key Responsibilities
*Take full ownership of the monthly management accounts process
*Serve as the primary point of contact for non-finance stakeholders across the business, demonstrating strong business partnering capability
*Identify and implement opportunities to enhance processes and improve operational efficiency
*Manage cashflow forecasting and monitoring
*Complete VAT returns
*Liaise with external auditors during the year-end process
Ideal Candidate Profile
*Proven experience in a similar role with full ownership of management accounts
*Broad systems exposure and the ability to adapt quickly
*Strong commercial awareness with a track record of driving process improvements
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
