Grounds Maintenance OperativeExmouth & East Devon District | £13.69 per hour | Full-Time
IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join a recycling and environmental services team covering the East Devon District. Reporting into Exmouth, this is a hands-on, outdoor role supporting maintenance operations across multiple locations.
Key Duties*Grass cutting and strimming.
*Hedge pruning.
*Operate mechanical plant, tools, and vehicles, providing support across the district.
*Digging, bedding, planting, and watering.
*Hoeing and weeding.
Requirements*Full UK driving licence - essential.
*Previous experience in a manual or outdoor maintenance role.
*Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
*Physically fit with the ability to carry out manual handling and heavy lifting.
*Reliable, flexible, and self-motivated approach to work.
What We Offer*Pay rate of £13.69 per hour.
*Day shift working pattern: 07:30-16:30 Mon-Wed, 07:30-16:00 Thu-Fri.
*Varied work across the East Devon District.
*Supportive team environment with opportunities for progression.
