Your new role
HR Business Partner, up to £56k pa + full range of benefits. 12 month FTC. Bristol, Hybrid - 3 days WFH. Competitive, plus the highly regarded Civil Service pension scheme.
In this HR Business Partner role, you will be responsible for providing a professional, proactive HR service to enable the delivery of the strategic aims and objectives of the organisation. Key responsibilities include: partnering with an assigned client group to ensure that the HR service is delivered effectively and adapted to meet the requirements. The role requires strong engagement with other HRBPs and working leads in order to maintain and improve HR-related processes across the organisation. This is an interesting and varied HR BP position. Mainly partnering work and leading in an HR area for the HR Business Partnering team, plus some ER casework support.
What you’ll need to succeed
Looking for an experienced HR Business Partner, preferably in the public sector but not essential.
HR policy development & implementation - Ideally, CIPD but not essential.This opportunity will suit HR professionals with employment law and casework management.
Ability to interpret and develop HR management information
