Temporary (Maternity Cover) – Potential to Become Permanent
Overview
Due to maternity cover requirements, an opportunity has arisen for a Service Planner to support the coordination and scheduling of field engineers. This position may transition into a permanent role as workload continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
*Plan forthcoming service schedules to ensure engineers are working efficiently and effectively.
*Liaise with customers and suppliers via phone and email.
*Coordinate weekly and daily schedules for field engineers.
*Work closely with the Service Administration Manager.
*Contact customers to confirm appointments and rearrange when necessary.
*Manage and update service planning software.
*Collaborate with the wider service team—administration, stores and sales—to ensure engineer workloads are well organised.
*Carry out general administrative tasks as required within the service department.
Person Specification

*Experience with Microsoft Office (essential).
