Sales Executive
About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join a growing and dynamic organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who thrives in a target-driven environment and is looking to build a long-term career in sales.
The RoleThe Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and referrals
• Manage inbound sales enquiries and convert leads into confirmed business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations
• Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Maintain accurate records on CRM systems
• Attend meetings, site visits, or client presentations where required
• Work closely with operations and management teams to ensure smooth delivery
Skills & Experience Required• Previous experience in a sales role (B2B preferred but not essential)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Confident, professional, and persuasive manner
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• Resilient and proactive
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Commercially aware
• Strong relationship-builder
