*Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
*Process invoices, payments, and expense claims in a timely manner.
*Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
*Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
*Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budgets.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
*Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team.
*Collaborate with colleagues to improve financial processes and systems.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
*A background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
*Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*An ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
