Account Manager / Sales Executive
Location: Basildon
Salary: £35000 + monthly commission
Working hours: 8:45am - 5:15pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
*Managing key client accounts, ensuring they receive excellent service and identifying opportunities for growth
*Engaging and influencing customers, from one off buyers to long term accounts
*Handling a mix of standard and more complex enquiries, providing quotations and processing orders
*Gathering competitor and market intelligence, analysing opportunities, and helping to secure profitable business
*Meeting with clients to develop relationships and secure new business opportunities
*Working closely and negotiating with UK and international suppliers
Key Skills & Experience
*Previous experience in a sales and customer service environment
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Competence with CRM systems, Word, and Excel
*Ability to up-sell, cross-sell, and contribute to profit growth
