Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.

Key Duties:
*Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across the KS3 and KS4 curriculum.
*Lead interventions to help pupils prepare for their English GCSE assessments.
*Adapt teaching styles to support students of all ability levels.
*Maintain a productive, focused, and positive classroom environment.
*Mark student work and provide constructive feedback to drive progress.
*Ensure student safety and strictly follow school safeguarding protocols.
*Attend departmental meetings and contribute to lesson planning.
