Job Description:
A great new opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant to a highly-regarded regional firm made up of around 6 offices around Great Manchester. You will assist on all aspects or residential property matters. You will assist an experienced fee earner within a busy team on all aspects or their caseload. Including but not limited to:
*Liaising with clients
*Keeping data and case management system up to date
*Document Preparation
*Prepare the completion packs
*Be responsible for completions
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience in a conveyancing department. Demonstrating good organisation skills and being determined to progress.
