We are partnering with a highly reputable business looking for a Debt Recovery Adviser to join their team.
This newly created role is ideal for someone with professional services experience who enjoys turning challenging situations into positive outcomes and building relationships along the way. You’ll join a busy, supportive team and use your communication and negotiation skills to make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing:
*Manage telephone collections and handle calls professionally and efficiently
*Draft and send letters, emails, and other customer communications
*Administer litigation cases, including County Court Judgments, Charging Orders, and Attachment of Earnings
*Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
*Liaise with third parties and subcontractors when needed
*Handle incoming calls, general enquiries, and day-to-day administrative tasks
*Manage incoming and outgoing post promptly
What we’re looking for:
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Target-driven mindset
*Confident with IT systems and processes
*2-3 years’ experience in a debt recovery or similar role
What’s on offer:
*£28,000-£32,000 starting salary
*Hybrid working (2 days home per week) once settled
*25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays
