Description
*Produce monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet and KPI reporting.
*Deliver clear and insightful variance analysis to senior stakeholders.
*Manage bank reconciliations, journals, accruals, prepayments and control accounts.
*Support financial modelling, forecasting and scenario planning.
*Assist with budget preparation and regular reforecasts.
*Maintain strong financial controls and ensure accuracy across all reporting.
*Partner with operational teams to drive performance insight and understanding.
*Support the FD with board reporting, strategic projects and continuous improvement.
*Contribute to ongoing systems and process enhancements as the business grows.
Profile
*ACCA / CIMA/ ACA qualified
*Strong month-end management accounting experience
*Excellent Excel skills - modelling, analysis, lookups, pivots
*Comfortable partnering with non-finance stakeholders
*High attention to detail with a proactive, commercially curious mindset
*Experience in a PE-backed or fast-paced business is beneficial but not essential
