Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Legal Executive - Eastbourne
Are you an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Legal Executive looking for your next career move? About the Role
You will manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters, including contract disputes, property litigation, contentious probate and employment issues. From early-stage advice through to trial, you’ll have regular client contact and the chance to make a real impact.
You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of your work, build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the department.
Key Responsibilities
*Handling a broad range of civil and commercial disputes
*Advising clients from initial instruction through to resolution
*Representing clients in negotiations, mediation and court proceedings
*Supporting business development initiatives
What We’re Looking For
*Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years’ PQE
*Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
*Proactive and solutions-focused approach
